First Bites Bash is the official kick-off event for Chicago Restaurant Week, produced by Choose Chicago. This culinary event will be held inside the Great Hall at Union Station. Guests will enjoy savory and sweet tastings from over 50 of Chicago’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants. Executive Chef Paul Kahan will host this year’s event, from which a portion of the proceeds will benefit two local charities, Gilda’s Club Chicago and Pilot Light.
