The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is turning up the heat for the 17th annual Grand Chefs Gala presented by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Get ready for a sultry, eye-popping evening as we transform our ballrooms into the legendary French Riviera destination — Saint Tropez.
Chicago’s finest chefs will prepare and present their signature dishes for our 750 guests. The gala will feature high-energy live music, dancing, and premium silent /live auction items.
In an exciting, Oscars-style presentation, the Gala will recognize the city’s elite with the Jean Banchet Awards for Culinary Excellence. Since 2001, this prestigious honor is the only award that recognizes culinary originality and talent specifically within the Chicagoland area, a global destination for cuisine. So, break out your sunglasses — this year’s event is going to be hot!
